The dining room

It is at the heart of this patiently tamed environment, that Lisa and Léo set their table in an authentic way. Sensitive to the fact that they are off the beaten track, they opted to introduce a personal touch to create discreet and refined variations, with the green of the sap on the “Assises Organiques “brand, of furniture, circles of light illuminating the essential. Once the fine weather comes back, because of the small brick and terracotta flooring of a terrasse, the size of Le Grand Couvert doubles, with the sun high in the sky, filtering through the thick foliage of a mulberry plane tree.

Between the dining-room and the kitchen, where “pisé acts like an hyphen, the circulation is fluid with a view of the cellars composed by Lisa. To share the appreciation of the time, when the activity of the restaurant reaches its peak, the impression of eternity exhaled by the aroma of food, the beauty of the instant, the free-spirited Chef’s genuine approach to cooking, as regards both the content and the methods of preparation, all the above is very dear to Lisa and Léo.
